One of things we enjoyed about Montreal city was the number of interesting art works displayed all over the city. As you are walking around, take the time to admire the work and even take pictures. Each one is a story by itself. Many are life size. Here are more pictures from our trip.

You can go to the top of the tower as part of the tour.
Map of the subway system. It is so easy to use and you can pick up a three day unlimited pass for the subway and local bus system which makes getting around easy and budget friendly. We left our car at the hotel and didn't have to use it even once! The subways are very conveniently located near all the tourist locations and main hotel areas.
